Refund Policy
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Please note that refunds are not available. To request a replacement, contact us at hiiqify@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
